The largest division within Ringsted Housing Association boasts a vibrant club scene.

Please note that starting from January 1, 2021, the waiting list for the entire association has been temporarily halted due to a major renovation project at Sønderpark. This results in extended waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents will need to be temporarily relocated across all divisions of the housing association. Whenever vacant units arise that are not involved in the relocation process, these will be rented out through the usual procedures.

Sønderpark itself is full of activity, particularly evident in the rich variety of clubs and events offered within the community. The residences are housed in multi-story buildings situated in a peaceful, park-like environment. Residents can park their vehicles in designated parking areas nearby and walk comfortably from there to their homes.

The bustling town life of Ringsted, including the train station, is conveniently located just 900 meters from Sønderpark. The housing department benefits from dedicated property management and features a large, well-maintained communal laundry facility.

Within Ringsted, there are numerous community groups available for residents to join. Those living in Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have the opportunity to reach out to the Community Guides, who help provide an overview of existing groups and activities that might suit individual interests and are conveniently located close to home. Residents are encouraged to contact the Community Guides via text message or phone call for advice or support if they wish to start a new activity or community group.
