Please note that due to a major renovation planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list across the entire housing association has been paused since January 1, 2021. This suspension results in extended waiting periods for both internal and external applicants as residents must be temporarily relocated throughout all divisions within the association. However, should any units become available that are unrelated to the relocation process, these will be rented out through the usual procedures.

Sønderpark is characterized by an active community life, evident in the variety of clubs and activities offered within the housing area itself. The residences are housed in multi-storey buildings situated in a quiet, park-like environment where parking is available in designated lots nearby. From these parking areas, residents enjoy a short walk to their individual homes.

The vibrant urban environment of Ringsted, including the train station, is conveniently located just 900 meters from Sønderpark. Within the housing division, there is dedicated property management and a large, well-maintained communal laundry facility.
