Please note that due to a major renovation project planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire association has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This pause has resulted in extended waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents must be temporarily relocated across all the housing association's departments. Whenever vacancies arise that are not related to the rehousing process, these units will be rented out through the usual procedures.

Sønderpark itself is vibrant with activity, exemplified by a diverse range of clubs and events within the residential area. The housing consists of apartment buildings set in a quiet, park-like environment. Residents can park their cars in designated parking areas nearby and enjoy a short walk to their homes.

The lively urban environment of Ringsted, including the train station, is conveniently located only 900 meters from Sønderpark. This housing division benefits from its own property manager and features a well-equipped, communal laundry facility that functions efficiently.

Ringsted offers a variety of community groups

Throughout Ringsted, numerous social groups are available for residents within the housing association to join. Those living in Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have access to the Community Guides, who assist in identifying suitable groups and social activities based on personal interests and proximity to the resident's home. Residents are encouraged to reach out to these guides by calling or sending an SMS if they seek advice or support in starting a new activity or community group.
