Please note that due to planned major renovations at Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been suspended since January 1, 2021. This suspension results in extended wait times for both internal and external applicants, as residents need to be temporarily relocated across all departments of the association. Whenever vacant apartments arise that are not connected to these relocation efforts, they will be rented out following the usual procedures.

Sønderpark is a vibrant community, evidenced by its active clubhouse and the variety of events held within the housing area. The residences consist of apartment buildings situated in a tranquil, park-like environment. Residents can conveniently park their vehicles in one of the designated parking areas nearby and walk directly to their homes.

The lively and diverse urban environment of Ringsted, including the train station, is located just 900 meters from Sønderpark. This housing section benefits from dedicated property management services and features a large, well-equipped communal laundry facility.

Within Ringsted, there are numerous community groups available for residents of the housing association to join.

Tenants of Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have access to Community Guides, who provide assistance in identifying nearby social groups that align with individual interests and needs. Residents are encouraged to reach out to these guides by calling or texting for advice and support, especially if they wish to initiate a new activity or social gathering within the neighborhood.
