Known as Fællesskabet, this project comprises 113 student apartments located in Trekroner. The goal is to foster an environment that offers students optimal conditions for a fulfilling academic and social life. The development is designed to encourage interaction among residents, facilitating the formation of new friendships and meaningful connections.

Each apartment comes equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom. Beyond the individual units, Fællesskabet features expansive common areas, including a TV lounge and a dining hall. Study rooms are available and may be reserved for academic work or meetings, such as gatherings of the various councils and committees within Fællesskabet. On every floor, large balconies provide pleasant outdoor spaces to relax in the sunshine. While the architecture and physical surroundings contribute to a comfortable living environment, it is the residents themselves who cultivate the welcoming community spirit. The landlord is committed to supporting this by organizing social activities that are embraced and driven by those living in Fællesskabet.

Regarding rental requirements for these student accommodations, applicants must be actively enrolled students, aged between 18 and 35 years. Prospective tenants must undergo a credit check through the RKI register, and any registration there disqualifies the applicant from being offered a lease. This screening is conducted prior to the preparation of the rental agreement by AKF Holding A/S.
