Kongebakken is only a few minutes walk from Folkeparken, from which the library, train station and walking street can be easily reached. These appliances are all brand new, and there's also the option of installing a small television.
The rent includes electricity, water, heat and internet, and you will have access to laundry facilities in the basement of the apartment building. The room is located on the second floor with a view to birch trees and a soft green lawn.
With regards to daily shopping opportunities, the apartment is only a short walk or quick bicycle ride from the centre, where there's a selection of grocery stores and cosy shops etc. For the quick purchase or rainy days there is also a small grocery store less than 200 metres down the street.
