The name of this residence is Fællesskabet, comprising 113 student apartments located in Trekroner. The goal behind this development is to provide students with an environment that supports an optimal and fulfilling academic experience. Each apartment includes a private kitchen and bathroom, while the complex also features expansive shared spaces such as a communal lounge with television and a dining hall. The landlord is committed to investing effort and enthusiasm into organizing social events that are driven and sustained by the inhabitants of Fællesskabet. Rental eligibility criteria for these student residences are that tenants must be actively studying, under 35 years old, and at least 18 years of age. Prior to signing the lease agreement, AKF Holding A/S will perform a credit check through the RKI registry; applicants listed there will not be offered a tenancy.
