The room is bright and well-kept, featuring a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
It gets great natural light and evening sun. All windows in the apartment were replaced this spring, providing excellent heat and sound insulation.

You’ll have access to a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine in the bathroom.
The building also has an elevator, bike storage, and a shared laundry room with several washing machines and dryers.

Rent & utilities

Rent: 5,950 DKK/month

Deposit: 2 months’ rent

Electricity: 150 DKK/month (paid on account, adjusted to actual consumption)

Water, heating, and internet are included in the rent.

The apartment is close to green areas, bus and train connections, and several shopping options.
If parking is needed, it can be arranged upon agreement.
