Two 25-year-old men, Anton and Sigurd, are seeking a new roommate to join their comfortable home. The available bedroom measures 11 m² within this contemporary residence, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and a dryer.

The room offered is 6 m² and comes with a bed already set up, though it can be removed if you prefer to bring your own. Rent for this room is 5,000 DKK per month. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a storage room. Additional monthly costs are approximately 170 DKK per person for electricity, which can fluctuate, and 100 DKK per month per person for high-speed fiber internet, paid quarterly. A deposit or prepaid rent amounting to 17,000 DKK is required.

Anton works as a waiter while Sigurd works as a pedagogue assistant and pursues art in his leisure time.
