The apartment is shared with a couple who reside there part-time, as they tend to travel during the colder months of the Danish winter. They intend to be away for portions of January and February 2026. Their adult son also lives in the apartment; he is described as calm, kind, and easygoing. He smokes but restricts it to his own room or the kitchen when the window is open; smoking is also permitted on the balcony.

The occupants include a relaxed couple—one partner is a musician, while the other balances part-time work in home care with mindfulness instruction. Their home is characterized by a tranquil and friendly atmosphere. Tenants share use of a kitchen and a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
