The development comprises 47 smoke-free, low-energy homes situated close to nature within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. Fjordudsigten represents the first phase of a total of 80 residences.

Regrettably, the new construction at Fjordudsigten does not meet the promised standards for sound insulation between the units. Impact noise from the upper-floor apartments is insufficiently reduced.

In collaboration with consultants and the contractor, efforts are underway to determine how to ensure adequate soundproofing.

Whether the solution involves work on the floor or the ceiling, it will likely be necessary to temporarily relocate the residents of each apartment for a few days. You will receive ample notice before this occurs, and discussions will be held with you regarding how the relocation process will be managed.
