The housing complex consists of 47 smoke-free, low-energy residences situated close to nature within the Naturbydelen area of Ringkøbing. The Fjordudsigten project represents the first phase, comprising 80 homes in total.Regrettably, the newly constructed homes at Fjordudsigten do not meet the expected standards regarding sound insulation between units. Impact noise from the apartment above is insufficiently dampened.
Currently, we are collaborating with consultants and the contractor to determine the best method to achieve adequate noise reduction.
Regardless of whether the solution involves work on the floor or ceiling, it will most likely require temporarily relocating residents from each apartment for a few days. Prior to any such arrangements, you will receive ample notice, and we will discuss the process with you in detail.
