The development comprises 47 smoke-free, energy-efficient homes situated close to natural surroundings within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. Fjordudsigten represents the first phase of a total of 80 residences.Regrettably, our newly constructed buildings at Fjordudsigten have not met the expected standards regarding sound insulation between units. Impact noise from the apartment above is not sufficiently mitigated.
We are currently collaborating with consultants and the contractor to identify effective measures for improving soundproofing. Whether the appropriate solution involves interventions in the floor or ceiling, it is likely that temporary relocation of residents from each affected apartment will be necessary for a few days.
You will receive ample advance notice prior to any relocation, and we will engage in discussions with you to plan the process accordingly.
