A room is available from December 1st, 2026, in a spacious three-floor rækkehus in Vestamager, with a large basement and 121 square meters of living space. The monthly rent is 9,998.5 DKK, including aconto but excluding bills. The amount is suitable for a couple, though one person is also welcome. The deposit is 29995.5 DKK, December's rent is 9998.5 DKK, and the total move-in cost is 39994 DKK.

The room is unfurnished and is the only bedroom on the middle floor, offering privacy as well as plenty of light and space. It is thought to be around 15 square meters and has built-in storage. The remainder of that floor is for the incoming tenant to arrange as they wish, perhaps as a home office or lounge area. The two sisters have their own rooms upstairs, where there is also a living area shared by everyone. The ground floor has a shared kitchen, and there are two bathrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the middle floor. Residents can also use the shared communal roof terrace.

The current residents are sisters from Scotland, both musicians. Steaph is a freelance harpist who usually practises at home between 9-18, so this needs to suit the incoming tenant; she enjoys bouldering, sauna gus, long walks, audiobooks, reading and board games. Ciorstaidh is 25 and studies accordion at The Royal Danish Academy of Music. She likes reading, playing football and spending time with friends, and is keen to try new activities and attend fun events. They are sociable and friendly, while also appreciating time to themselves and personal space. They enjoy shared meals, conversation and having friends over, and hope to live with sociable people who want to share laughter and conversation and build a sense of community rather than simply sharing a house as strangers. The household also includes Stella, a playful, sociable 2 year old cat who loves people and knows tricks, so the new tenant must be comfortable living with a cat.
