4 room house on 110 m2

The residences at Teglbyen are designed in a range of sizes that fit both small and large families with children, the single person who wants access to both nature and urban life, and the discerning couple who wish to take advantage of the city's many cultural offerings while also being able to enjoy the natural surroundings, the water and a sense of freedom.

Teglbyen's dwellings are constructed in a classic style using good quality materials. Inside, the decor presents an elegant, simple and exclusive expression - exactly the hallmarks of Scandinavian design - with materials chosen to enhance functionality and longevity. There are fine parquet floors in all homes. Every apartment is bright and includes access to its own balcony, terrace or roof terrace, or to the green communal area, where the fresh air can be savoured with morning coffee or a glass of wine on warm evenings.
