Spacious 27 m² single room in Brøndby aimed at under-35 tenants. The monthly rent is 7,400 DKK. On move-in you will pay prepaid rent of 7,945 DKK and a security deposit of 15,000 DKK; a monthly advance contribution for utilities is 545 DKK.

The unit comes furnished with essentials — a desk, lamp and chair, curtains, a wardrobe and built-in storage. It has its own bathroom (shower, basin and toilet) and a compact kitchenette equipped with a cooking plate, extractor, sink and refrigerator. Pets are not permitted.
