Room available in bright & open apartment next to København Syd St.

We are seeking a new housemate to join our three-bedroom shared apartment located between Sydhavn and Valby, available from October 1st. The flat is bright and spacious, situated merely 200 meters from København Syd Station, which offers metro, S-train, and regular train connections. Cycling to the city center takes approximately 20 minutes.

The room for rent is the smallest in the apartment, around 8 square meters, and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, dresser, and a desk. Please note that the photos of the room are somewhat outdated; the desk has since been replaced, and a dresser now sits by the window. The monthly rent is 5,900 DKK, covering all utilities. Move-in expenses include a one-month deposit plus one month's rent paid in advance, totaling 16,460 DKK.

The living area and kitchen are open-plan and receive excellent natural light when the sun shines. The apartment features a generously sized bathroom equipped with a washing machine, and there is a shared dryer available in the basement.

About us: We are Kari (she/her) and KC (they/them), together with two charming cats named Cleo and Aria. Both in their late twenties to mid-thirties, we have full-time jobs. Kari actively participates in ice hockey and football several times a week, while KC enjoys rock climbing, extensive reading, and is beginning to write a novel. Although our schedules can be busy, we appreciate spending meals or social evenings together, inside or out, aiming to foster a communal atmosphere rather than just a typical roommate situation. We are looking for someone who shares these values, identifies as queer or a queer ally, and feels comfortable with cats.
