A compact 28 m² one-room studio in Nordhavn, offered as youth accommodation with a monthly rent of DKK 8,850. The unit is an open-plan space allowing for a bed, living area and a small kitchen corner. Some flats share a communal kitchen while others are self-contained studios with private kitchens. Applicants are generally required to be students; however, selected self-contained units with their own kitchen may also be available to young people in employment. The tenancy includes a three-month minimum non-cancellable period, after which a three-month notice period applies. Deposit details are provided on request. Tenants may apply for housing support in accordance with the applicable rules.
