Female roommate wanted for an apartment right by Valby Station, with move-in possible from 1 July 2026. One room is available in a three-room flat of 75 m² situated on the ground floor, only 200 metres from Valby Station. The layout comprises three separate bedrooms, a shared kitchen and a bathroom; there is no communal living room. Tenants have access to an open courtyard, a locked bike cellar and shared laundry facilities in the building (payment per wash). Numerous grocery stores are located within a two-minute walk and public transport connections are easily and quickly accessible.

The room measures 7 m² and is rented furnished. Rent is 5,000 DKK per month and includes water, heating, electricity and internet; the deposit is 10,000 DKK. The lease term offered is 6-12 months with the possibility of extension.
