Looking for a Great Roommate! Room with Harbor View in København SV.

A bright room of 12 m² is available in my 101 m² apartment, built in 2008 and situated right on the harbour front in København SV, offering beautiful water views. The flat includes a small balcony, a large combined kitchen and living area, an entrance hallway and a modern bathroom. The room is unfurnished apart from a bed, curtains, a ceiling lamp and a wall-mounted shelving unit in one corner. The tenancy is offered initially for a 2-year period; the usual notice period of 1 month applies if you decide to move out earlier. The rent covers access to all common areas and utilities.

You will share the apartment with me: I am a 44-year-old gay man, recently single after a 9-year relationship, and before that I lived with roommates for 6 years and enjoyed it. I work full-time as a high school teacher (gymnasielærer), which I really like. In my free time I keep active - in the warmer months I cycle to work (about 28 km each way) and I enjoy swimming in the harbour right outside our doorstep when the weather allows. I also like exploring the city and spending quality time with friends and family.

I am looking for a roommate who either has a steady job or is studying. I value a home where we respect each other's need for privacy and quiet to recharge, while also being open to occasional social moments - a chat, a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or watching a film together now and then. It's important to me that shared spaces are kept clean and tidy so we both feel comfortable.
