I am renting out a newly renovated mini appartment - a part of my house with its own separate entrence. I am looking for a person who is interested in a long term stay, which could be anything from 6 month to more than a year.

The bedroom has a queensize bed, a large wardrobe and a small desk.The livingroom has an induction hotplate (for one pot), a microwave, a kettle and a refrigerator including a frezer. Birkerød station and town is 12 minutes away by foot or 4 minutes by bus. The train from Birkerød station to central Copenhagen (Nørreport) takes 30 minuttes and departs every 10 minutes during the day.

The rent for the year 2026 is 6000 DKK per month including heat, electricity, water and internet. There is not a washing machine but my washing machine can be used for a fee of 25 DKK per wash. There is a mandatory cleaning of the mini appartment every other week. The cleaning fee is 150 dkr every time - so 300 per month.
