A room is available just steps from Hillerød Station, situated in the basement level of a villa. This well-kept room, intended for a female tenant, features windows facing the front garden and a door leading into a shared hallway. From here, there is access to a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and a dining kitchen. The basement floor is exclusively shared between you and another tenant occupying a smaller room along the same corridor, with both of you having joint use of the kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The room comes furnished, including a wardrobe, desk, bed, and lamps, and can also be equipped with bedding such as a duvet, pillow, and linens upon request. Utilities such as central heating, electricity, internet, and access to a washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and tumble dryer are all included.

Pets and smoking are prohibited and there is no access to the garden. The rental agreement requires a two-month notice period from either party, effective from the first of the month. The villa owner, Carin Faaborg, resides on the upper floors.
