Please note that due to a major renovation project at Sønderpark, the largest section of the housing association, the waiting list for the entire organization has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This pause results in prolonged waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents across all departments must be temporarily relocated during the renovation process. However, any vacancies that arise and are unrelated to these relocations will be rented out through the usual procedures.

Kildemarken is a distinctive residential area characterized by yellow brickwork and white facade elements. Most units feature either a garden or a balcony, contributing to a cozy environment within the community.

Within the Ringsted Almene Boligselskab, residents have access to numerous community networks to join.

Residents can always reach out to the Community Guides, who provide assistance in identifying local groups and activities that align with individual interests and needs, and that are located close to their homes. The guides are also available for advice and support if residents wish to initiate a new activity or community group. Contact can be made easily by sending a text message or calling.
