Please note that due to an extensive renovation project planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been put on hold since January 1, 2021. This pause results in longer waiting periods for both current residents and new applicants, as relocations must take place across all departments within the housing association. When vacancies arise that are unrelated to these relocation efforts, those apartments will be leased out following the usual procedures.

The apartments are situated in multi-story buildings nestled in a quiet, park-like environment. Residents can park their vehicles in dedicated parking spaces within the area and then walk to their homes. Conveniently, the diverse urban offerings of Ringsted, including the train station, are located only 900 meters away from Sønderpark.
