The monthly rent is set at 6,500 DKK, supplemented by an acconto charge of 500 DKK for water and heating. Electricity costs are billed separately at 200 DKK per month, bringing the total monthly housing expense to 7,200 DKK. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished and currently includes a 120 cm bed, a desk, and a wardrobe that must remain in place.
