The apartment is finished in light materials and features large windows designed to make the most of both natural light and the view toward the water. The bright kitchen is an Invita design, offering abundant cupboard space and built-in white goods from Siemens. The kitchen opens directly onto the living area, creating room for a dining setup as well as a comfortable sofa corner.

The bathroom is tiled with large tiles on the floor and within the shower niche, with the remaining surfaces painted white. There is a separate laundry column housing both a washing machine and a dryer, and the apartment also has underfloor heating. White fitted wardrobes are installed in the bedroom and in the entrance/connecting hallway. The floors are Junckers oak parquet. It is possible to apply for pet permission in all of our rentals. Please note: if you require measurements of the apartment, you must bring your own measuring equipment to the viewing, as there are no measurements on the floor plan.
