Each pair of homes shares access through a common entrance area equipped with wardrobe closets, with individual main entrances leading into the two separate apartments. Additionally, the site includes Building E, a two-story former poorhouse, which contains seven larger apartments spread across both floors. Each dwelling features a single room paired with a kitchenette fitted with a combined fridge-freezer, separate stovetop, and extractor hood. Bathrooms are spacious and have vinyl flooring, with units E6 and E7 notably offering a window in their bathrooms.

Surrounding these residences are attractive green spaces suitable for social gatherings, complemented by a communal, locked bicycle shed. Residents are permitted to keep small pets such as birds, fish, guinea pigs, and rabbits; however, reptiles and other exotic animals are not allowed.
