The apartment is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from a Netto supermarket and the S-train station, and only a 10-minute bike ride from the vibrant Vesterbro area. Situated on the top floor at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers direct access to a beautiful park.

LAYOUT
Featuring two interconnected rooms, the 59m2 apartment is perfect for a couple. Please note that due to the layout, it is not suitable for flatmates.

RENTAL PERIOD
We are renting out our apartment until we need it again ourselves. While we don't have a fixed date, you are guaranteed a minimum rental period till January 2028

SUBLETTING
Subletting is strictly prohibited, including for both short- and long-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb).

AMENITIES
You will have access to a shared laundry facility in the basement, which features an easy-to-use online booking system. You also get a dedicated storage space in the attic.

NOTES ON THE PHOTOS
The apartment is rented unfurnished, with the exception of a space-saving Murphy bed integrated into the bedroom wardrobe. The bar stools at the kitchen counter can also be left upon request.

Please be aware that the photos were taken in 2023. Since then, minor cosmetic wear has appeared on the kitchen countertop, and the dining table bar stools show signs of use.
