Incredible totally new renovated apartment on the second floor at the old post office in Klampenborg Station. Close to Dyrehaven and Bellevue sand beach. Nice historical entrance.

You share the flat/common areas 150m2 (brutto), plus you rent a room 21m2, with a very spacious closet and a sea view to Øresund. The room is separated from the rest of the rooms, so there is plenty of privacy.

The monthly price of this room is 7009 kr/month + 400 kr for services (water & heat). This last will be regulated if the renters are a couple.
Evt you can rent an extra room 11m2(the rooms are connected by a door and thus rented as a double room). Rental for the small room 11m2 is 5.500 kr. + water & heat.

There is a kitchen dinning area , with access to an open attic and a fireplace. There is floor heating in the bathroom.
The room in this section is 21 m2

You will be sharing the flat with Anne-Marie, who is a teacher, and her daughter Emmely, who goes to high school. We also have a 13 year old dog, that keeps to itself and is very quiet.

For the most part of the day are busy with work/school and yoga/fitness. We have also regular visits from friends/family.
You are very welcome to invite friends/family too of course.

If you are into small collectives and are social is great, but is also ok if we each has its own space and socialize now and then. We are very interested in meeting you and show you around.

There is access to a collective garden and parking which can be arranged for a fee.
Deposit is 3 month rent + 1 month rent including services when the contract is accepted.
