The complex comprises 26 student apartments constructed between 1986 and 1990. Within the premises, tenants have access to a communal party hall available for rent as well as an on-site laundry facility.

Situated in a single-story building located in the center of Bramming, the apartments are especially suitable for young students. The train station lies approximately 600 meters away, while the town center is only 200 meters from the property.

The housing options include one- and two-room rental units designed specifically for students. Each apartment comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and extractor hood. If the unit is prepared for a dishwasher, washing machine, or tumble dryer, residents are permitted to connect these appliances themselves. However, installation requiring more than just hooking up must have prior written consent from the housing association and any associated costs will be borne by the tenant. Water consumption is covered by the rent. Cable TV and internet outlets are installed, and residents can select providers regarding channel packages, internet speeds, and prices.

A small shared terrace is found off Nørregade, providing a common outdoor space for residents.

This housing complex primarily appeals to young students. All matters concerning the management and rent of the complex are determined annually at a meeting attended by all residents.

Maintenance of the outdoor green areas and minor repairs within the apartments are handled by the property caretaker. Furthermore, an appointed inspector oversees the ongoing upkeep of the entire complex.
