Our third flatmate is moving out, so we are on the lookout for a new person to join our small, cozy living collective in Sydhavn. We are two young gentlemen, Mikkel (28) and Rune (29), who met by chance and have become good friends, turning the apartment into a warm, personal little ecosystem. Both of us work full-time (currently from home) and treasure our free time.

On most days you'll likely catch us in the kitchen cooking vegetarian dinners, making batches of hummus, baking sourdough or experimenting with new varieties of homebrewed beer. We enjoy sharing food, so we hope you're a good eater/drinker. When we're not cooking we're often outside-playing discgolf, working out, winterbathing-or doing other fun activities, but we also value lazy days and won't say no to a couch night, binge-watching movies and wasting time. We're looking for someone who wants more than just a roof over their head and who would like to be part of the living collective; this does not mean you're obliged to take on social duties or adhere to fixed cooking schedules, just that we appreciate people who take an interest in each other's lives and help maintain a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the apartment.

The available room is approx. 8.5 m2 in a 102 m2 flat. It's on the small side, but previous roommates have managed to fit a 200x140 bed, a desk and a wardrobe inside. The room is furnished with a single-sized bed and a desk. Rent is 4900, which includes all fixed costs. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, though a few cafés have been popping up recently and most construction is now finished, with the area around Sluseholmen having developed into a lively quarter. The location is especially great in summer: the waterfront is less than 100m away, there is free kayak & canoe rental, and we have a huuuge barbeque. The inner city is 15 min away by bike.
