Apartment with two separate rooms in a well-maintained building, close to the metro and within cycling distance of Frederiksberg and the city center. The apartment is located on a raised ground floor in a quiet area.
Pets are not allowed, and subletting or Airbnb is not permitted.
The tenant must be a non-smoker. I am looking for a calm and responsible tenant or a couple who participates in the housing association’s shared maintenance days 1–2 times per year.

The living room and bedroom have been freshly painted, and the wooden floors have been newly lacquered.
The apartment has an older but functional bathroom and kitchen. There is a built-in wardrobe in the entrance hall. The apartment is rented unfurnished and includes a stove and a fridge/freezer. There is the possibility of access to both a basement storage room and an attic storage room. A shared laundry facility is available in the basement for a separate fee.
