This accommodation is available exclusively to female tenants. The lease options are as follows: a commuter room rental for up to 12 months at a monthly fee of 3,200 DKK, which includes Wi-Fi, water, heating, and electricity; and a full-time room rental for a maximum of 2.5 months, priced at 5,200 DKK per month with water, heating, and electricity included.

The ideal tenant should have good proficiency in English and preferably be a non-smoker with a straightforward, grounded personality. Previous experience living either independently or with non-family members is preferred. It is essential that the tenant enjoys interacting with children, as the household includes an outgoing 8.5-year-old child.

Regarding the room itself, it is fitted with carpeting and contains a bed featuring built-in storage underneath, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, wall-mounted shelves, a mirror, and a television-note that a personal streaming subscription is required for TV use.

The apartment comprises three rooms in total, along with a traditional "Copenhagen bathroom" and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. There is no shared living space available within the apartment.

Household regulations prohibit parties, drug use, and the consumption of hard alcohol. Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves, including drying dishes, consistent with the host's routines. Personal insurance coverage is mandatory, as the host's home insurance does not extend to tenants.

The property features a communal laundry room with reasonable pricing, a shared garden containing fruit trees, and an additional private garden. It is conveniently located near shopping facilities, a fitness center, and public transportation options.

As for the household members, the host is a 41-year-old student with a youthful mindset, around 34 years old in spirit, who is approachable, open to communication, and interested in spiritual topics, also very fond of reading on a Kindle. The child, 8.5 years old, is energetic and outgoing, with interests in theater, fashion, and rollerblading. Together, they enjoy watching movies and playing board games. A former roommate still visits frequently and occasionally babysits. Playdates occur during weekdays but are rarely scheduled on weekends, which are considered personal time. Both the host and child are native Danes, but they communicate fluently in English.
