A room is available in Valby exclusively for female tenants from the 3rd of November 2026 until the 20th of December, with the possibility of extending the stay through June 2027 depending on mutual compatibility.

We appreciate the cultural enrichment that comes from sharing a home with someone from another country, provided you are fluent in English. Our preference is for non-smokers who are grounded, approachable, and preferably have experience living independently or with non-relatives.
Please note that it is essential to be fond of children and comfortable interacting with them, as I have a sociable 9-year-old daughter.
Regarding the room itself, it comes furnished with a carpet, a bed featuring under-bed storage, a wardrobe, a desk and accompanying chair, wall-mounted shelves, a mirror, and a television (please bring your own streaming service subscription).
The apartment consists of three rooms, including a typical Copenhagen-style bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. There is no communal living area shared apart from the bedroom.
House rules strictly prohibit parties, illegal substances, and hard liquor consumption. Cleanliness is important; tenants are expected to maintain their own space just as I do. Since my home insurance does not cover guests, you will need to have your own insurance policy.
The building offers access to a shared laundry facility with reasonable pricing, as well as shared garden space featuring fruit trees, and a private garden area. Its location provides convenience with nearby shopping centers, fitness facilities, and public transport connections.
