Vestfrost appliances are already installed: a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave with an oven function, a two-zone ceramic hob and a pull-out extractor hood.

The bathroom is designed with a separate shower enclosure, so you do not have to stand over the toilet while showering. It includes a wall-hung, water-saving Villeroy Boch toilet with a concealed cistern, a porcelain washbasin with a vanity unit designed by the Danish company Dansani, and Grohe fittings. HTH cabinets provide ample storage and have clear white surfaces that are easy to keep clean. Matte dark-grey tiles cover the floor and shower enclosure, with matching tiles on the walls.

The shared basement facilities include access to the atrium, a communal kitchen, lounge, reading room, common room, fitness room, laundry room, drying room and storage rooms. In the courtyard there are places to relax and meet, sun sails to screen the seating areas and stage, and distinct zones created with planting. Project Radio is set in green surroundings on the edge of Copenhagen, with quick access by bicycle to a supercycle path. Nearby public transport includes bus routes, Husum Station and the future light rail station on Dynamovej. Gyngemose Park is a lively area of offices and residential buildings, surrounded by extensive green communal spaces. Shops for everyday essentials are also nearby, with Rema 1000 only a few minutes away. For a larger shopping trip, BIG Shopping Center in Herlev has, among other stores, Elgiganten, Føtex and Sportmaster. Sports facilities include the local sports hall Gyngemosehallen and Blågård Swimming Hall.
