The apartment has an HTH kitchen with storage cupboards, durable white lacquered surfaces that are easy to clean, and a white laminate worktop. Vestfrost appliances are already installed: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with oven function, a two-zone ceramic hob and a pull-out extractor hood. The bathroom is also designed for easy cleaning. It has a separate shower enclosure, so you will not need to stand over the toilet while showering, and a wall-mounted, water-saving Villeroy Boch toilet with a concealed cistern. The porcelain washbasin, with a vanity unit beneath it, is designed by the Danish company Dansani; the taps are by Grohe. HTH cupboards provide ample storage and have clear white surfaces that are easy to keep clean. Matte dark grey tiles cover the floor and shower enclosure, with matching tiles on the walls.

The shared basement spaces include access to the atrium, a communal kitchen, lounge, reading room, communal room, fitness room, laundry and drying rooms, and storage rooms. In the courtyard there are places to relax and meet, sun sails that provide screening for the seating areas and stage, and landscaped planting that divides the courtyard into zones. Project Radio is set in scenic surroundings on the edge of Copenhagen, with quick access by bicycle to a super cycle path. Nearby public transport includes bus routes, Husum Station and the future light rail station on Dynamovej. Gyngemose Park is a lively area of offices and residential properties surrounded by large green communal spaces. Shops for everyday needs are also in the neighbourhood, with Rema 1000 a few minutes away. For a larger shopping trip, BIG Shopping Center in Herlev has, among others, Elgiganten, Føtex and Sportmaster. Sports facilities include the local Gyngemosehallen sports hall and Blågård Swimming Pool. Pets are not permitted. No student card is required.
