A room is available in my apartment in Nørrebro, a few minutes' walk from the Jagtvej/Tagensvej intersection. The apartment is on the top floor and has only one neighbour below, so it is generally very quiet-particularly suitable for someone sensitive to noise. There is a large balcony that gets afternoon sun. Shops are 2 minutes away, and the metro and bus stop are 5 minutes away. Inner city can be reached by bicycle in 10 minutes.

The room is approximately 10 m², in an apartment of 78 m², and is partly furnished with chests of drawers and a TV; a table may also be available. You will need to bring your own bed and chair. The rent is 6,350 kr. per month, including heating, water, electricity and internet. The deposit is 10,000 kr., and the move-in date is December 1. I prefer a tenant planning to stay for at least 6 months. The kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony are shared with me.

I am in my 30s, calm and tidy, and currently spend much of the daytime at home because I work from home, although that may change in the future. I am looking for a quiet tenant, preferably someone in full-time employment, who has their own routine and appreciates a peaceful home. No smoking or pets. Please write a little about yourself, what you do and what a typical day looks like for you. A viewing will take place before signing, and no payment is due before the contract is in place.
