This one-room apartment has been designed to make effective use of every square metre. The layout avoids wasted space and allows the room to serve as a bedroom, living area and home office without feeling cramped. A balcony or private terrace provides an outdoor retreat just outside the door, while underfloor heating keeps the home evenly warm throughout the year.

The ceramic countertop kitchen is positioned as an integrated part of the living space rather than tucked away in a corner. Its materials were selected for their appearance, durability in everyday use and ability to age gracefully-not because they were the cheapest options. Residents also have access to a communal room and shared rooftop terrace, which can serve as an extension of the apartment: a place to host dinner when there is no room for a table at home, or to sit outdoors without having to tidy up afterwards. The apartment is compact; the home extends beyond it.

Need an extra room for overnight guests? The residents' hotel can be booked for only 200 DKK. Trust is important to us, and residents are asked to look after the apartment as if it were their own. If you remain a tenant for 12 months, you may receive a rent discount if the property has an operating surplus. Ask us how this works.
