The 109.6 sqm apartment has recently been renovated and is accessible by elevator. It contains three bedrooms, although the owner keeps one locked for storage; one bedroom is available to rent, and my other housemate is moving out. The room for rent is furnished and measures 7 sqm, with a built-in cabinet and a lamp. The apartment also has a large living room, a modern kitchen, a big balcony and a massive roof terrace with scenic views. Its appliances include a dishwasher, chiller/fridge, induction hob/oven, washing machine and dryer, and there is underfloor heating. Ultra-fast WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix are provided. Bicycle parking and storage are available free of charge in the basement; a car park with a car lift can be used for an additional fee.

The monthly rent is 6480DKK and includes water, heating, WiFi and electricity. The refundable security deposit is 2 months' rent (12960DKK); for a long-term rental, the deposit is 3 months' rent (19440DKK). CPR is available. Supermarkets and lakes are nearby, and bus stops for routes 5C and 2A are directly in front of the apartment. Nørrebro station is a 10-minute bus ride away.

You would share the apartment with me, Paula, as I complete my PhD at UCPH. I am half German and am looking for a single young student or professional who values privacy, but is also happy to socialize when appropriate. Cleanliness matters, and we can share cleaning times. I appreciate a relaxed atmosphere and perhaps the occasional movie or barbecue night. The room is available from the 1st of Dec or earlier.
