These five-storey perimeter-block buildings will provide 51 non-profit youth apartments arranged around an internal courtyard. Each home is a one-room apartment with a functional layout, and sizes are expected to range from 37 to 48 m². Shared facilities will include a laundry room and communal rooms.

Rent is expected to be approximately DKK 1,300.00 per m², excluding utilities. For a 37 m² apartment, this corresponds to approximately DKK 4,010.00 per month. The apartments will be let by the landlord to young people in education and young people with special needs. Applicants in education whose parents live in Gentofte Municipality will receive priority. This must be documented with copies of the baptismal certificate and the parents' certificate of residence. Remember to select this criterion when joining the waiting list. Gentofte Municipality comprises Charlottenlund, Dyssegård, Gentofte, Hellerup, Jægersborg, Klampenborg, Ordrup, Skovshoved and Vangede.

Floor plans and detailed letting information are expected to be available approximately 6 months before move-in. Information such as details of Open House events will be sent by email, so remember to keep your email address up to date. Special rules apply to the initial letting of these properties; you cannot rely on the waiting-list number shown by the system.
