The development will comprise 51 public youth apartments arranged around an internal courtyard in a five-storey perimeter block. Each home will be a one-room apartment, with sizes expected to range from 37 to 48 m². The layout is designed to be functional, and residents will have access to shared laundry facilities and communal rooms.

Rent is expected to be approximately DKK 1,300.00 per m², excluding consumption charges. For a 37 m² apartment, this corresponds to around DKK 4,010.00 per month. The apartments will be let by the landlord to young people in education and young people with special needs. Applicants in education whose parents live in Gentofte Municipality will receive priority. This must be documented with a copy of the baptism certificate and the parents' certificate of residence. Remember to select this criterion when registering on the waiting list. Gentofte Municipality comprises Charlottenlund, Dyssegård, Gentofte, Hellerup, Jægersborg, Klampenborg, Ordrup, Skovshoved and Vangede.

Floor plans and detailed letting information are expected to be available approximately 6 months before occupancy. Information about matters such as open-house events will be sent by email, so make sure your email address is up to date. Special rules apply to the initial letting of these apartments, and the waiting-list number shown by the system cannot be relied upon.
