This active senior community is designed to make everyday life carefree in a safe neighbourhood where residents can spend time together and form new relationships. It comprises 69 apartments arranged around a courtyard with a communal house and an orangery. Each home has 2-3 rooms and a private south-facing balcony or terrace. Large windows at both ends bring daylight into the apartments and offer views of green spaces, industrial areas, a residential neighbourhood and the shared courtyard. The homes are all on one level, on the ground floor, first floor or second floor, and are accessible by lift; each lift is shared exclusively by 3-4 apartments.

The apartments feature modern white kitchens with attractive stone worktops and have been built in a timeless Scandinavian style, combining a simple, elegant look with practical functionality. Light colours draw on the wild Nordic landscape and create open, inviting spaces with an energetic feel. Every home also comes with its own shed or storage room.
