This active senior community is designed for residents aged 50 or over who have no children living at home. It comprises 69 apartments arranged around a courtyard with a shared house and an orangery, creating a setting for neighbours to spend time together and form new relationships. The apartments have two or three rooms, with a private south-facing balcony or terrace. Large windows at both ends bring daylight into the homes and offer views across green areas, industrial surroundings, a residential neighbourhood and the communal area.

Each apartment is on a single level, on the ground floor, first floor or second floor, and is accessible by elevator shared by only 3-4 apartments. The light-coloured interiors reflect a timeless Scandinavian design, balancing a simple, elegant look with functionality. Every home has a modern white kitchen with an attractive stone worktop, as well as its own shed or storage room. The large windows and light palette create open, welcoming spaces inspired by the wild Nordic landscape.

Residents can use two guest rooms available for rent, and an office is provided for the administration. Free shared parking is available for cars and electric cars; there is also a locked bicycle shed and carports that can be rented for cars or other hobbies. Two caretakers look after the grounds and buildings, including mowing the lawn, watering the garden flowers and attending to repairs, helping keep the surroundings tidy, clean and pleasant.
