This active senior community is designed to let residents focus on enjoying life, with a worry-free setting and a secure neighbourhood that encourages spending time together and forming new connections. The community comprises 69 apartments arranged around a courtyard with a shared house and an orangery. Each home has 2-3 rooms and a private balcony or terrace facing south. The single-level apartments are located on the ground floor, 1st floor or 2nd floor, and have large windows at both ends that bring in plenty of light and look out over green spaces, industry, a residential neighbourhood and the shared area.

The apartments combine timeless Scandinavian design with practical functionality. Light colours create open, welcoming interiors inspired by the wild Nordic landscape, and every home has a modern white kitchen with an attractive stone worktop. Access is easy via lifts, each serving only 3-4 apartments. Residents also have a private shed or storage room.
