This active senior community is designed to make everyday life carefree, with a secure neighbourhood that encourages residents to spend time together and form new connections. The development comprises 69 apartments arranged around a courtyard with a communal house and an orangery. Each home has 2-3 rooms and a private, south-facing balcony or terrace. The single-level apartments are located on the ground floor, first floor or second floor, and are accessible by elevator. Each elevator serves only 3-4 apartments. The design is timeless and Scandinavian, with light colours that draw on the Nordic natural landscape and create open, welcoming interiors with a sense of energy.
