This active senior community is designed for residents aged 50 and over who have no children living at home. It offers a secure, carefree setting for enjoying everyday life and getting to know neighbours. The community comprises 69 apartments arranged around a courtyard with a shared house and an orangery. With residents at a similar stage of life, there is a basis for shared interests and for building friendships and good neighbourly relationships, both inside and outside the apartments.

The homes have two to three rooms and are all on one level, on the ground floor, first floor or second floor. Each has a private south-facing balcony or terrace, bright interiors and large windows at both ends, with views across green areas, industrial areas, a residential neighbourhood and the shared space. The apartments are built in a timeless Scandinavian style, using light colours that reflect the wild Nordic landscape and create open, welcoming rooms. Their simple, elegant appearance is combined with high functionality. Every home has a modern white kitchen with an attractive stone countertop, as well as its own storage shed or storage room. Elevators serve the apartments, with each elevator shared by only three to four homes.

Residents can use free shared parking for cars and electric cars, a locked bicycle shed, and carports available to rent for cars or other hobbies. There are also two guest rooms available to rent and an office for the administration. Two caretakers look after the grounds and facilities: they mow the grass, water the garden flowers, take care of repairs as they arise and keep everything in order, helping ensure the surroundings remain clean and tidy. Thirty-nine homes have been occupied since 2026, and 30 will be ready for occupancy on 1 February 2028.
