This active senior-living community is designed to offer a secure, worry-free setting where residents can enjoy everyday life, spend time together and build new relationships. The community comprises 69 apartments arranged around a courtyard with a communal house and an orangery. Each home has 2-3 rooms and a private south-facing balcony or terrace. Large windows at both ends bring daylight into the bright interiors and provide views of green areas, industrial surroundings, a residential neighbourhood and the shared courtyard.

The single-storey apartments are located on the ground floor, first floor or second floor, and are all accessible by elevator. Each elevator is shared exclusively by 3-4 apartments. Every home includes a modern white kitchen with an attractive stone countertop, as well as a private shed or storage room. The apartments feature a timeless Scandinavian design, with light colours inspired by the Nordic natural landscape and simple, elegant aesthetics focused on functionality. Residents have access to free shared parking for cars and electric cars, a locked bicycle shed, and carports available for rent for cars or other hobbies. Two guest rooms can also be rented, and an office for the administration is provided.
