When my current tenants move out this summer, I am looking for two responsible people to take over the rooms in my apartment. The two rooms are rented together to a pair who want to live under the same roof: one is very spacious and opens onto a balcony, while the other is smaller and cosy. The apartment is in a peaceful setting close to the University of Copenhagen in Nørrebro, with plenty of room for privacy. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with me.

I value a safe, considerate shared home where everyone respects one another's routines and agreements are kept clear. Move-in is in the summer of 2027, with the exact date to be agreed. The total rent for two people is at least 9,000 kroner per month, all inclusive, and will be adjusted over time in line with future market price developments. Please note that the rental address cannot be transferred or changed.
