Bright room by the lakes

The furnished room measures 10m2 and is available to one person only. It is part of a 110m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms, located a 5-minute walk from Forum Metro Station and 2 minutes from the lakes. The apartment's shared spaces include a bright kitchen, a comfortable living room, a big dining room, a bathroom and a sunny balcony. In the room, you'll find a double bed, a wardrobe and cabinets for clothing and storage.

I'm seeking a tidy, friendly and considerate flatmate aged 30+ with a steady income who appreciates a relaxed atmosphere at home. The rental period is unlimited. Rent is 6700kr+400kr for utilities, with electricity excluded; the deposit is 13400kr.
