Twenty social family homes are being built by the housing association MNV Bolig in Viby Sj. Each residence has a practical layout, with a contemporary, adaptable open-plan design arranged around a centrally positioned kitchen. This layout allows space for both dining and a sofa area, while keeping these areas connected to the façades. Natural light passes through every home, which has large window sections; on the courtyard side, these extend down to floor level. In ground-floor homes, the windows provide direct access from the kitchen-dining area to a private terrace.

Ground-floor homes have step-free access to the toilet and bathroom, kitchen-dining area and bedroom. In home type C, an internal staircase leads to the rest of the home. In the two-storey homes, the kitchen-dining area forms a double-height space, lit from both façades as well as by a rooflight. The two bedrooms on the upper floor have a dormer facing the street and a roof window facing the courtyard.
