3 room apartment on 70 m2

At Fredericiagade, this bright 70 m² apartment combines light-coloured walls with warm, original plank floors. The layout includes a spacious entrance hall, a large, light-filled living room and a generous bedroom with room for storage. One of the rooms has French doors opening onto a small balcony; daylight comes in through them, and the view takes in the leafy courtyard, with trees, a lawn and old red rooftops. The door-side space can be used for a morning coffee, a plant or a quiet pause during the day.

The roomy kitchen has space for a dining table as well as everyday cooking, with white cupboards, pale worktops and a window beside the sink. Its appliances are a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and extractor hood. Having a dishwasher also means less time spent washing up after a long day and more time for the sofa, a run, friends or doing nothing. The apartment also has an elegant bathroom with a separate shower enclosure. Light, neutral walls make it easy to add your own style, and residents have access to a shared courtyard. Bicycle parking is available by the property.

The apartment is in Vestbyen, a charming, historic working-class neighbourhood known for its attractive apartment buildings, small local shops and relaxed, almost village-like atmosphere in the middle of the city. Kastetvej is just around the corner, with cafés, bakeries and small shops nearby. Vestre Fjordpark, with its outdoor swimming area and winter swimming, Vestre Bådehavn and the waterfront are also close by. Kunsten and Kildeparken are nearby, while the city centre is only a short cycle ride away. The area is popular with young people and couples looking for a home that is close to the city yet peaceful.
